Chauncey Pham
2021 Diversity Committee Chair
With a background heavy in agency marketing and sales, Chauncey Pham is a serial entrepreneur. As a former boutique brokerage owner and a Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program graduate, Chauncey is well-versed in mentoring, training, compliance, marketing, and strategic planning. She currently co-owns an investment company and teaches agents and clients how to leverage real estate in many different facets. Chauncey has achieved the TWHS designation, was part of the inaugural Texas REALTORS® Diversity committee, and is the 2021 Diversity committee Chair.
Cameron Willmann
2020 YPN Committee Member
Cameron Willmann has 14 years of industry experience, practicing in sales, leasing, and property management for residential, commercial, and land clients in Midland/Odessa and the surrounding areas. He is a Broker and the owner and CEO of Haus Property Group with Keller Williams Realty in Midland. He has been an active participant at his local and state associations, sitting on and often chairing numerous committees and task forces including his local Board of Directors, Professional Development Committee, Bylaws Committee, and Young Professionals Network. He was named Realtor of the Year in 2014 by the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® and went on to serve as the board’s president in 2015. He currently sits on many Texas REALTORS® committees and task forces and represented the Midland/Odessa area, Region 6, as its Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) Trustee from 2016 to 2020.
Sara Briseño Gerrish
2020 Diversity Committee Chair
Sara Briseño Gerrish is a 19 year industry veteran and co-owner of RE/MAX Unlimited. With a passion for San Antonio’s urban core and first time homebuyers, Sara loves helping people meet their real estate goals. She is currently serving as a Board Member at Large for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also the current Chairman of NAR’s Smart Growth Advisory Board and the immediate past Chair of the Texas REALTORS® Diversity committee. In addition to holding the ABR, CRS and GRI designations, Sara has served on the local NAHREP chapter board and is a graduate of their Leadership Program. She is further a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program and a former chairman of SABOR’s Young Professional Network.
Bahman Davani
2021 Global Committee Member
Bahman Davani has been working over 30 years in the Plano & Dallas areas and is the owner of Texas Five Star Realty. Bahman, who has a Ph.D (ABD) in Computer Science, provides financial analysis, market analysis, neighborhood demographics, and site location to help clients decide whether to lease or purchase. He is a dedicated commercial and residential real estate REALTOR® who currently serves on the 2021 Texas Global Committee. He holds the following designations: At Home With Diversity (AHWD®), Candidate for Certified Commercial Institute Member (CCIM), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI), Certified Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), and Certified Short Sales & Foreclosure Resources (SFR®).
Nick Kline
2019 YPN Committee Chair
Nick has served in real estate for the past 14 years. He's a trainer, coach, speaker and, most of all, a passionate REALTOR® aiming to better the industry. He holds the title of youngest president of the Collin County Association of REALTORS®, a REALTOR® of the Year honoree, and co-creator of the Texas Young Professionals Network. Nick prides himself in serving diverse clients from first time buyers to empty nesters of every color of the rainbow, and is proud of his activism in serving the underserved.
Brenda Taylor
2021 Global Committee Chair
Born in Acapulco, Mexico, Brenda has been serving different aspects of the real estate industry since 1999. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Brenda has served in local, state and national committees and currently serves as the 2021 Texas Global Committee Chair. She was recognized as 2016 REALTOR of the Year by Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS and graduated from the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program. Brenda holds the following designations: At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), e-PRO, International Real Estate Specialist Certification (IRES), Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS).
Kenny Gross

With over 40 years of real estate experience, Kenny Gross specializes in commercial brokerage, site selection and analysis, development, sales, leasing and property management. As a Past President of The Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® and 2019 Chairman of the Texas REALTORS®, Kenny is an active leader in the industry.
Amber Gilbert
2021 Commercial Committee Vice Chair
As Director of Business Development at Brooks Development Authority, Amber Gilbert oversees efforts to attract marquee employers, working closely with public officials and economic development partners. Prior to joining the Brooks team in September 2018, Amber founded First Texan Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage handling residential and commercial sales, and served as the firm’s president for more than 10 years. Amber holds the CCIM designation and has a history of serving on the Texas REALTORS® Commercial committee, presently as the committee’s Liaison.
